
Sutton Scarsdale Hall
Built between 1724 and 1729 Sutton Scarsdale hall has been roofless since 1919. Featuring an exterior carved from mellow sandstone by Edward Poynton of Nottingham the hall is currently preserved by English Heritage. The image was simply lit with a single flashlight.
