Lakeside

Taken in 2005 as I had begun to refine my style, this image was a lesson in composition. Just in front of the frame was a small, dark, muddy island and to either side of the trees are homes, signs, lamposts etc.

I managed to find the perfect composition to eleminate the ugly elements and match the reflections to create a circle from the trees and their reflections.
